Shipping Policy

Delivery Information


We work with DPD and Royal Mail as our trusted delivery partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your Printed Goods.


Delivery Prices

We offer a range of delivery options with FREE Next Working Day Delivery available on orders over £99 ex VAT.


  • Next Working Day Tracked Delivery: £7.95
  • Two-Day Tracked Delivery: £4.95
  • Free on orders over £99 ex VAT


Please note: Next Working Day delivery is not a guaranteed service.


Dispatch Times

We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon are dispatched the same working day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon are dispatched the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day

Please note: dispatch time and delivery time are separate.


Delivery Services

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a text and/or email from the courier (using the contact details provided at checkout) confirming that your parcel has entered their network. On the day of delivery, the courier will provide an estimated delivery window.

Most DTF orders are dispatched using a Next Working Day delivery service, meaning delivery Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Smaller DTF orders are typically sent via Royal Mail, while larger or boxed consignments may be shipped with DPD. The courier used may vary depending on order size, weight, and destination, and we will always select the most appropriate option.


Courier Responsibility

Once an order has left our production facility and entered the courier’s network, it is outside of our control.

  • We cannot be held responsible for courier delays
  • Next Working Day delivery is not a guaranteed service
  • Delivery times are provided by the courier and are not within our control


Failed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to us, any courier penalties, return charges, or re-delivery costs will be recharged before the order can be resent.

UK Mainland Definition

For delivery purposes, UK Mainland excludes the Scottish Highlands. Where “Next Day” or “Next Working Day” delivery is referenced, this refers to a Next Working Day service only.


Urgent Orders

If you have a tight deadline or need something turned around urgently, contact us before ordering. In some cases, we may be able to prioritise production or advise on the best delivery option.
